Reflecting now on the event now it strikes me that that there are some really good reasons to mark such an anniversary with some kind of celebration:
4) People have a great time. You get to enjoy seeing lots of people who you really love (customers, friends, partners and colleagues) all coming together to make new connections, share with each other, and be inspired and uplifted together. This makes me very happy!
5) People say lots of lovely things about you and your business! Here are some of the lovely comments I’ve received:
“We had a wonderful day and evening - from clients to fellow trainers, to family to fellow musicians to friends - the core common themes were love and positivity. Everyone was there because of Nicki’s amazing ability to network and reach out to a huge number of different people.” Phil Hawthorn, author of Can Men Cook? and leadership trainer.
“Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon and evening. As always you created a warm, welcoming and inspiring event. What an interesting and diverse group of people! Tom’s talk was so thought provoking, I am already reading the book and will always remember what he had to say; more than that I will be using it for the rest of my life to help me to achieve even more! Keren's gorgeous gluten free cakes and food was pure joy and the drumming..... well what a way "to connect". Thank you Nicki for being the creator of such a colourful and inspirational company. Looking forward to yet more learning and development as we head forwards into this year.” Sam Roach HR Director, Crystals UK
“A wonderful way to mark the 5th birthday with an event that represents Saltbox through and through – curiosity, energy and connections.” Anita Hayne, HR Consultant and Branch Chair, CIPD West of England
“Thank you very much for Friday, and once again many congratulations on completing 5 exciting years! I thought the drumming was GREAT and I met some lovely people.” Candace Kendall, Director, Taylor Kendall
