Nicki Davey is Director of Saltbox Training & Events. With over 25 years’ experience in leadership, management and training, Nicki designs and runs training for senior managers and staff at a range of organisations in the corporate, charity and public sectors.
Nicki is a fellow of the RSA, a director of the Association of Sustainability Practitioners, and is an active member of the West of England branch of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). Nicki has ILM and CIPD qualifications, and is an accredited Master TetraMap® facilitator.
Nicki believes that we all perform best when our mind is free, our body relaxed, and our creative potential unlocked, and she uses imaginative, enjoyable methods to make training lively, fun and colourful, so that people participate more, learn better and are inspired to put their learning into practice.
Nicki is committed to reconnecting people with nature, and using nature as a tool to aid learning, self-awareness, wellbeing, creativity, and performance. She developed the Nature at Work tool to help organisations to improve their performance by working more sustainably, in harmony with nature, and drawing on the lessons which nature can teach us.
Giles Hutchins blends a wealth of leadership development, business strategy, operations and transformation experience with pioneering new thought on leading, sustaining and flourishing in volatile times. In particular, he draws on the logic of living systems to aid our leaders and organizations to become ‘future-fit’.
A prolific speaker, writer and adviser, he applies 20 years of experience to his work at personal and organizational levels. Recently the Global Sustainability Director for Atos, and previously a management consultant with KPMG, he has helped transform a wide range of organizations (corporate, third sector, public sector and start-up).
Giles is co-founder of BCI: Biomimicry for Creative Innovation, Partner of The Bio-Leadership Project and Chair of The Future Fit Leadership Academy. He contributes to a variety of pioneering institutions, and regularly guest lectures at leading Universities and Business Schools as well as speaking at conferences and expert roundtables. He is author of the books The Nature of Business (2012), The Illusion of Separation (2014) and Future Fit (2016).
