An Introduction to TetraMap® for ASP members
TetraMap® is a simple but powerful tool that uses nature as a metaphor to help people understand themselves and others, to open minds and release potential. Developed in New Zealand and now used globally, its brain-friendly approach, values-driven focus, and simplicity of use, combined with its affordability make it the ideal solution for charities and organisations with a 'purpose beyond profit'.
TetraMap enables people to understand themselves and others better, to look at situations and challenges from different perspectives, and to make the most of the diversity with their community, team or organisation. It is a framework for looking at ourselves, our colleagues, our workplaces and the world around us in order to live and work more sustainably.
In this half-day workshop you'll experience the power and simplicity of TetraMap by completing your own personal profile, and learn how it enables people to understand themselves and others, look at situations and challenges from different perspectives, make the most of the diversity within a team or organisation, and promotes sustainability.

“TetraMap brings the ancient wisdom of the elements into a powerful framework for personal and organisational development. It is a way to harness the power of our natural abilities, build on strengths and enable everyone in the team to reach their potential. Using the four elements as a way to understand myself and the organisation has deepened my understanding of good leadership and given me a powerful tool for the future.” Angie Burke, Communications Manager, The Resurgence Trust
"TetraMap gave the whole staff team a much better understanding of each other and why we often think and work differently. It also gave us a real insight into our own working practices and where our strengths and weaknesses lie. A fantastic tool for any organisation, however large or small.” Liza Narracott, CEO, Building Circles
"We found the TetraMap training really superb. In one particular case a communication problem has been solved overnight through the new understanding staff have developed as a result of the Tetramap training. It is also something that we are using constantly now when looking at how we present information to clients/potential clients – so all in all I would thoroughly recommend it is either an internal or an external management tool." Christine Ryder, Director, ADPR
