Rewild, Recharge, Refocus

26th-28th June 2026, The Asha Centre

A joyful and profound adventure, deeply immersed in nature, that will transform your relationship with the Nature within and around you and leave you feeling inspired, resilient and empowered.

Renew your relationship with the elemental forces of Fire, Air, Water, and Earth: Nature's elements are our life support system. Explore each element and the connections between them, to gain profound insights that will deepen your understanding of yourself and your interconnection with the web of life.

Reconnect with your instinctive, animal self: Today’s world expects us to be something different from what we have naturally evolved to be. Let natural processes take the lead in your life, embrace your primal, natural, creaturely self, and strengthen your relationship with and membership of nature.

Rediscover nature as your first and best teacher: We are members of nature and when we embrace her wisdom, we find the answers that we need. Learn tools and practices to help you find meaning and insights in the nature around you.

Reignite your passion and purpose:  In a busy and noisy world it's easy to lose sight of what it is that gives our lives meaning. Take time to remember and refocus on what is important to you and the difference you want to make in the world.

Reinvigorate your support network:  None of us can do it on our own. Meet, share and learn with others who will challenge and support you and strengthen your relationship ecosystem to support you on your onward journey.

Reinspire your body, mind, heart and spirit with activities and practices that will include creative/arts activities, solo time in nature (nature immersion), storytelling, journaling, labyrinth walking, tree wisdom, personal reflection and group discussions.
