Our next event
Our next event is on the 23rd June from 10am to 4pm and will include the following workshops:
Applying Solution Focus to training, coaching and organisational consulting with John Henden, International Solution Focus Speaker and Trainer
This workshop will introduce the Solution Focus approach, outlining its basic assumptions, principles and beliefs, and why it has become a megatrend across health, education, social work and organisations. You’ll discover how you can use it in training, coaching and organisational consulting, and you’ll practice some basic Solution Focus techniques. John will share lots of real life examples from his extensive international experience and there will be an opportunity to buy copies of his specialist Solution Focus books.
Its a Mystery with Frances Ferguson - Training Design Manager for Glasstap
Frances is passionate about the importance of creating training that is effective, engaging and unexpected. For that reason she is determined to retain an air of mystery about the session she will be running. Come along in June and experience for yourself what that means...
Sustainability and Learning with Gwyn Jones, Director of the Association for Sustainability Practitioners and founder of Growing Community
In this workshop we’ll explore together some fundamental questions around learning, and how and why it is central to creating a sustainable future. Gwyn will facilitate us through a flowing and emergent co-learning process to help us look at the challenges we face in creating a sustainable future, the role of value creation and purpose in this, what it means to you personally, and how you can make a difference through your work as a facilitator of learning.
"A wonderful opportunity to meet with other trainers from a wide range of backgrounds. Every time I take away something to use in my own teaching.
